Frequently Asked Questions

  • Current members pay $49 (add-on to your existing membership). New participants pay $149, which includes access to all classes during the 4-week program.

  • The kick-off meeting is required for baseline measurements, BIA scan, photos, and program setup. If you have a scheduling conflict, contact us immediately at info@901fitlife.com to discuss alternatives.

  • No extreme diets required. We provide personalized calorie and macro targets, but you choose what foods to eat. You can pick your tracking level: basic food logging (Tier 1), calorie tracking (Tier 2), or precise macro tracking (Tier 3). Start simple and level up as you gain confidence.

  • Yes! Our meal plans include vegetarian options, and we provide substitution guidelines for common allergies (dairy, nuts, gluten, etc.). Post questions in the nutrition support group anytime.

  • Life happens! Attend as many classes as you can fit into your schedule. We recommend 3+ classes per week for best results, but the program is flexible. The accountability group and nutrition challenges continue even if you miss a class.

  • No. All photos and measurements remain confidential unless you provide permission to share them. Your privacy is protected.

  • Just workout clothes and athletic shoes. All fitness equipment is provided at the studio. The is towel and water service.

  • You'll have built healthy habits, seen measurable results, and know how to continue on your own. Many participants choose to continue with a 901FitLife membership to maintain momentum and community support.

  • Program fees are non-refundable once you attend the kick-off meeting, as materials and resources are personalized to you. Contact us before January 4 if you need to withdraw.
